We collect only what you choose to give us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter. We do not ask for any sensitive personal information through this website.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, and device type — so we can understand how the site is used. This analytics data does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Donations

Online donations are processed by Donorbox, a third-party payment processor, on their own secure pages. New Hope Compassion never sees or stores your card details. Donorbox's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your message, question, or volunteer enquiry.
• To acknowledge and receipt your donation.
• To send you updates about our work, if you have asked to receive them.
• To keep the website secure and working correctly.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your contact details with other organisations for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and deliver messages to us — website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, and donation processing. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile does not track you across websites and does not use your data for advertising.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at the address below and we will act on your request.
