Our story

Hope and compassion

For more than two decades, New Hope Compassion has stood alongside the overlooked, underserved, and unreached. What began as an educational outreach in rural overseas communities has grown into an impactful movement spanning East Asia, Eastern Europe, and our home base in Texas.

Headquartered in Dallas, New Hope Compassion is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating lasting, community-driven transformation. Through targeted humanitarian relief, practical leadership training, and local mentorship, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with trusted partners to build resilience, restore hope, and empower individuals to lead dignified, self-sufficient lives.

Local

Community initiative

NHC focuses on our community in need, providing assistance outreach and donations to homeless communities, women's shelters, homeless school children, senior centers, refugees, universities, and others.

Local

Training initiative

Project Ignite is a mentoring and training program for the disadvantaged. Communities working together to empower, equip, and give hope by providing mentorship, life coaching, training, development, and fellowship opportunities.

Global

Compassion initiative

NHC's supported Compassion Houses in East Asia provide a temporary home environment and fellowship for cancer patients and their families while they receive treatment at area hospitals — providing hope and compassion at the time of need.

Global

Support initiative

Project Legacy is a support and training program for indigenous servants. NHC equips leaders and volunteers throughout East Asia and beyond to spread hope and compassion, providing opportunities for local partners to carry on the torch.
