Executive Director — President
Ken M. Tse, AIA
Ken brings his background as an architect and business association president to his work as Executive Director and founder of New Hope Compassion (NHC). A Dallas-based nonprofit, NHC partners with regional and international organizations to deliver outreach, training, and essential support locally, in East Asia, and across Eastern Europe. Ken also established the Project Ignite Mentorship Program to equip emerging leaders through faith, fellowship, and hands-on discipleship. Grounded in a commitment to business as mission, he actively serves on community outreaches, multiple boards and advisory boards, and dedicating his career to Kingdom advancement.

Former AT&T Director, Founder of the Called to Work nonprofit, serving as Executive Director of CEO Global USA, and on the Board of Directors for numerous nonprofits.
Ner de Leon
A contemporary jazz saxophonist, recording artist, and producer, Ner de Leon uses his musical gifts as a global ministry. He has dedicated his career to music evangelism, bringing hope and sharing the gospel through his performances across the world.
Livia Liu Francis
Attorney at Law; served as one of the first Asian female District Court Judges in Texas.
Tom Fry
President of Fry Realty, past CPA, and a devoted ESL teacher with a weekly online class and mentoring.
Esther Wu
Writer and journalist, retired columnist of the Dallas Morning News, past Chairman of the Missions Committee, and passionate about social justice.
